fs->oj:
- when creating a new report design (or opening an existing one), and moving the
zoom slider to the very left, then there are two assertions from within VCL,
which
sound like caused by the zoom. Perhaps we should have a minimum zoom level,
  this could prevent the problems.

- The numerical zoom value in the status bar is never updated.
Note that in Writer, when you move the zoom slider, the zoom percentage number
is updated while you have the mouse button still pressed, we should also
behave this
way (instead of updating only when the user releases the mouse button).

- The other applications have a "View / Zoom" menu entry, which opens a dialog
which can also be used to adjust the zoom. We need this dialog, too - for
consistency reasons, and because otherwise the zoom functionality is not
available
  without using a mouse (accessibility!)
Also, double-clicking the numerical zoom value in the status bar should also
open
this dialog, again for consistency reasons.

- What are the 4 "snap-in-points" in the status bar's zoom control good for? The
first
three seem to be "50%", "75%" and "100%", but what is the fourth? If it
doesn't
have a meaning, it should not appear.

- bug:
  - move the zoom slider to the very right
  - move the horizontal scroll bar to the very right
  - move the zoom slider back to 100%
  - move the horizontal scroll bar to the very left
=> the "paper" is not completely visible, and you can not make it visible
     anymore
