Insert > Page Number ... > Notes and Handouts > Tick page number box View > Handout - no page number visible? File > Print > Options > Handouts > OK > OK (Xerox Phaser 8560) No page numbers on the handout, but the slides have slide numbers (where they can be seen against the background!)
