For those that want to install the add-on, download it, go to Tools, Extension Manager, My Extensions..., Add..., and choose the downloaded file. Restart OpenOffice and you will find a new tool bar (if not, View -> Toolbars -> Add-On Increase (+) the font size), with an A+ and an A- button.
