2008 -------
Only >= Word XP documents contain a timestamp for comments. i.e. Word < 2002 has
no timestamp information. workspace doccomments01 imports the timestamp where
possible, i.e. >= 2002. Where possible the timestamp is already imported in
workspace doccomments01. So if that's acceptable then this issue is fixed in
docomments01 for the "modern word" case.

If there is no timestamp, then I don't set any time at all, which turns into the
current time. I don't know if we want to handle this differently, e.g. try to
re-use the document creation time or something. In which case I could add that
to the import code for the < 2002 import case.

Or if the PostIts themselves should display no time at all if there is an empty
timestamp set.
