------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Mar 28 04:05:50 -0800 2005 ------- by incrementally i mean simply saving the same document under a new name every half hour or so, so that if i do something terrible on current document i can go back to a previous version. i think i vaguely understand what was happening in the background - i was trying to delete/change some index entries and also attempting to have my index in 2 columns, which simply wouldn't work properly. i suppose that the document, in spite of carrying on for several hours without complaining, was internally corrupt all the time. this would explain why i could carry on working but every time i saved the file under a new name, i was basically saving a corrupt file without knowing it. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
