sj->thb: PowerPoint does not support shear for their shapes, if we would enable
this feature, there is no way to save these shapes to ppt. The second problem
is, that in our fileformat shear is not specified for customshapes.
For round corners we are offering the round rectangle shape, I think this should
be sufficient. I also don't believe that just enabling the bEdgeRadiusAllowed
property would change anything, because this only works for rectangle shapes and
not customshapes.
