Using an Odbc data source when running a query from the query panel escape
processing setting is ignored.

To reproduce the issue follow these steps:

- open the attached file example;
- select query panel;
- right click on the query named "doesntwork" select run.

On my system soffice.bin jumps to 98% cpu occupation and the only choice is to
kill OpenOffice.org.

Escape processing setting is recognized when:

1) opening the same query using "Edit in SQL view", choosing then "Run query";
2) creating the query using a syntax not supported by the internal SQL parser.

An example of the same query with different syntax is the one named "works"
which can be run from query panel.
