On the first page of the wizard to create tabels for 'Available 
fields', 'Selected fields' and the arrow-buttons the same text is shown as 
extended tip: 'Bisplays all fields that will be included in the new table'.
Same text is displayed on page 3 for 'Primary key fields'.

For all buttons at the bottom - except Help - 'The Table Wizard helps you to 
create a database table' is shown (all sites).
