OpenOffice.org 2.4 (2.4.1 downloaded from openoffice.org for Windows on Windows
XP SP2+, and 2.4.0 on Mandriva 2008.1 as shipped in Mandriva), when opening a
Word document which contains a table of contents, will load all the sections as
read-only (instead of just the table of contents).

The same document, when opened with OpenOffice.org 2.2 (2.2.1 as shipped with
Mandriva 2008.0), will be opened with only the table of contents section as
read-only.

I have created a test document with a trivial example, and saved in ODF and
.doc, which I will attach. The .odt is the "original" document, when this is
saved as Word 97/2003 format (the .doc attached), and re-opened in
OpenOffice.org 2.4, the entire document is read-only. Opening the identical .odt
is not opened read-only.
