The following problem could occur: For Solaris Multi lingual installation sets, a preselection of languages is done at the beginning of installation. Therefore the command locale -a is used. Is it possible, that the result of "locale -a" is empty on OpenSolaris? Then in a default installation, all language modules would be deselected. This needs to be fixed of course. If you do not do a default installation, but a custom installation, you can see the language selection.
