------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jul 30 23:23:25 +0000 2008 ------- Go to Insert > Envelope, then to the format tab and then pull the "Edit" menu down to "Paragraph". The paragraph spacing for the Addressee is set to 0.04" below paragraph. If this is changed to 0.00", it comes back to 0.04" the next time user goes to Insert > Envelope. Same for "space above" in the same pull down menu. However, the values under the format tab that do not come from the pull-down menus remain at their new values if they are changed (for example, Addressee and Sender positions and Size).
