The "Print Monitor" displays no useful information during a mail merge where the
merge is being saved to a single file. The following is what is displayed:
"svhil" (this changes each time but has no meaning to the user
"is being printed on"
"Listing 30" (have no idea what this means)
"Letter 3" (this is not the name of the master merge document or database)

In addition, the "Print Monitor" window does not update any information or show
that any progress is being made. The user does not know if the computer is
frozen or if something is actually happening.

This did not start in 3.0 Beta2. It has probably been around for a while, but is
the same in 2.4.1.
