I agree that it should be possible to copy-paste or move rows within a table,
preserving the format of those rows. It happens so often that one finds out he
wants row number 9 with a very specific format (number of cells, type and size
of font etc.) to be somewhere else in the table, e.g. in front of row number 3. 

According to how Write currently works, this would mean I have to create a new
row from scratch in the exact same format in front of row 3 and then paste the
contents of row 9. That sure is not user friendly. Ideally, it should not need
more than a cut and paste command.
