I changed my mind regarding this issues target as i have no idea what the
correct behavior should be when moving a spreadsheet beyond the last index
(index out of range that is). Should the sheets in between be generated
automatically so there really are 20 sheets? Or should we just assume that if
someone uses a high/invalid index that the sheet be moved to the last position?
If someone puts the position into a variable and tries to access the sheet at a
later time, how should this be handled?
This is a programming error in the first place, the crash is secondary - it
should not happen, but this does not really qualify for 3.0. Setting 3.0.1 but
it might be moved to a later target.
