------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Aug 6 16:00:22 +0000 2008 ------- ==>OF well, i guess is has ... seeing the changes from beta 1 to beta 2 and seeing the differnces in using ini- and manifest-files - and placing the runtime-files - makes me believe, that I am right. And i had seen that, although I am no prgrammer. However, and as said before, that lack in setup is related to an outdated version, so lets wait and see for the new version. But even that, I thought that the new '2008-compliler-concept does not make a difference to .net, the runtime-portions are located central/system-wide and no more located in the program-directory, and these had been the files "the system can't locate". My promise: when the next version is out, you will have a hugh amount of issues with setup, administrator-rights, Win-inkompatibilities, not being able to creat portable versions etc. And - not to forget: I looked a little through my registry, and the Idea about having a OO.o-repair-tool really seems to be a good. There isn't anything anymore, that can be done manually. You may try to follow your advice for yourself, I would be glad to here about the outcome.
