seeing the changes from beta 1 to beta 2 and seeing the differnces in using ini-
and manifest-files - and placing the runtime-files - makes me believe, that I am
right. And i had seen that, although I am no prgrammer.  

However, and as said before, that lack in setup is related to an outdated
version, so lets wait and see for the new version.
But even that, I thought that the new '2008-compliler-concept does not make a
difference to .net, the runtime-portions are located central/system-wide and no
more located in the program-directory, and these had been the files "the system
can't locate". My promise: when the next version is out, you will have a hugh
amount of issues with setup, administrator-rights, Win-inkompatibilities, not
being able to creat portable versions etc.

And - not to forget:
I looked a little through my registry, and the Idea about having a
OO.o-repair-tool really seems to be a good. There isn't anything anymore, that
can be done manually. You may try to follow your advice for yourself, I would be
glad to here about the outcome.
