I am using OO on Windows XP SP2, with all online updates. Note that this happens when I connect to a pre-existing MySQL table from OOBase. If I use OOBase to create the table, the primary key registers (though I still encountered enough other problems to prevent my using the new table, but I have filed these as separate issues).
