I was surprised when I read the comments for this issue, I thought that maybe that had changed the dialog, and so it hadn't been in real usage yet. Unfortunately, it would seem that this either hasn't been noticed by a large number of users, or the developers think it's too hard to do. I'm having trouble believing either of these options.
