When a paragraph-anchored image is made very large, it correctly bumps onto the
next page, but, it leaves a large gap in the text, even though Page Wrap, or
Optimal Page Wrap is selected. I would have expected the text to appear
continuous. Someone suggested that this is called "floating images".

An example can be found in this document:
http://www.tresman.co.uk/badly-wrapped-images.odt

Here's what I do (1) I right-click the image, select Picture, and change the
size to 11 x 16.5cm. We have to do this twice! The image will not fit on the
original page, so correctly bumps onto the next page. But now we have a huge gap
on the first page now. Changing the Page Wrap has no effect.

A workaround is to select Page-anchoring which now leaves the text continuous,
but then the image is not linked to the text, which can cause problems later on.
