The wrong encoding is present in SOME UI strings in this build. E.g. in the first dialog User Registration, the button "Next" (Næste) is encoded wrong (The string Next is in 8 different projects). The warning dialog when JRE is not available for macros (Letter) is also encoded wrong (in project svtools). In Writer the menus seems to be encoded right. Did you merge all UI projects? For clarification I tried the Windows build 13. August when I reopened this issue.
