If an extension contains multiple Basic libraries all libraries will be available directly after the extension has been deployed, but only one of the libraries will be left after restarting the Office. Most probably this is a regression caused by fixing i70283. As this pro- blem breaks any extension containing multiple Basic/Dialog libraries I consider this to be a showstopper.
