The problem is that I try to use and test new version of OOo however lack of
configuration update is really scaring me more and more. I used OOo 2.x, then
devOOo3, then OO3m2 and let's take a look at my home dictionary:
.ooo-2.0
.ooo-dev
.ooo-dev3
.openoffice.org2

IMHO OOo is too messy -- notice that I had/have only one version installed at
the time, OOo should automatically "upgrade" configuration files as well. But
ooo-dev3 ignored my ooo2 files, the ooo3m2 took previous files into account,
but not from ooo-dev3 but from ooo2 and apparently didn't remove those files
or renamed them as archive.

Lack of keyboard shortcut could be only annoying but when I tried to insert
bibliography index in my work and I realized that all my data are gone (*)...
well, this is not nice.

(*) Luckily they were still present, OOo was just unaware of them.

So, bottom line -- with each version/upgrade of OOo please keep and eye on
config file and update them accordingly.
