It should be briefly stated in Writer or OOo Help. Few users would know what it refers to. The term appears in Writer > File menu > Export as PDF > PDF Options dialog > General tab > General > Create PDF Form > Submit format > menu > FDF. I'm using OOo Writer 2.4.0 without Java Runtime Environment on Linux Fedora Core 4 on a Pentium 4 laptop to export as PDF.
