------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Aug 25 14:55:23 +0000 2008 ------- When inserting a field the "Name" input field doesn't allow to enter certain characters such as punctuation marks or a dash. In ODF a field is represented by a "user-field-get" element, which has the "name" attribute carrying the field name. The definition of this attribute is a string without further restrictions. Any character that is allowed in an XML attribute value should be allowed in the input field. The unnecessary restrictions can make it harder to exchange ODF documents between tools. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
