------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Aug 26 09:31:29 +0000 2008 ------- In OOo 3.0 beta as well as 3.x Developer Snapshots the installed extensions are places in directories like ../opt/ooo-dev3/share/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages or ../OOo-dev 3/share/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages In both paths the directory name 'cache' is used. The content of directories with such names could be accidentally wiped out by different disk utilities as 'cache' means something temporal.
