The UNO_PATH environment variable will be necessary to find the soffice binary.
This is a quick fix but the whole office bean needs some redesign for the
future.
No Mac OS X version will be available for OO.org 3.0. It wasn't build so far on
Mac OS X and of course can't be build currently -> the build breaks.
