That is not a problem of loading documents ... its triggered b y using the
Extension Manager API. On loading the document basic should be initialized ...
Basic itself try to migrate (might existing) basic extensions on demand ... and
try to create an instance of the package manager for the "shared" layer. Doing
so a WrappedTargetRuntimeException is thrown ... loading the document will be
stopped and the new loaded document will be closed.
Same problem occurs without loading documents ... using "Tools->Extension
Manager" directly. First click on those menu item does nothing (no dialog will
be shown) second click to the same menu item will crash the office with "Bad
Address".
