To be prepared for installation sets containing msp files, it is necessary, that
the loader (setup.exe) looks for msp files located next to him and to use them
for the installation. It can be, that the installation set contains msp files,
but it is not always the case.
Syntax of msiexec.exe call:

msiexec.exe /i <msidatabase> /update
<full_path_to_msp>[;<full_path_to_msp2>;...]

My tests showed, that the order of msp files on the command line is not
important. Hotfix can be listed after the ServicePack it is based on, but it can
also be listed before.

In the best scenario concerning to AK, it is not necessary to name the msp file
for example in the setup.ini. This process shall be as flexible as possible and
work by only adding the msp file into the installation set.
