------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Aug 29 18:33:12 +0000 2008 ------- Currently, when you bind an image control to a (binary) database column in a database form, the you can set the "Scale" property of the control to 1. "Yes", this way scaling each and every image to the control size 2. "No", this way displaying (a portion of) each and every image centered in the control Both have their disadvantages. (1) means that the aspect ratio is almost never maintained, this way distorting most of the images. (2) means that most images are displayed wrongly: either only a part of the image is displayed (if the image is lager than the control), or the complete image is displayed, but not in the size it could be (if the image is actually smaller than the control). Those advantages could be overcome by introducing some possibility to keep the aspect ration of scaled images. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
