Fixed - Works ok for Linux & Mac/Aqua. Win32 should work too, but is untested
and not mandatory for this cws cairocanvastext01.
Cairo font rendering is used as the primary method, with VCL font rendering
provided as fallback for some corner cases.

Some known issues that are outside of scope for this cws are:
