After one hour searching what was happening, I discovered, that in the Info.plist, soffice.bin has been changed in soffice. And then, I understood other side effects: - you cannot drag and drop files when launching OpenOffice.org in command line with gdb : the menus are not available, no icon in the dock .. etc - gdb cannot attach soffice process + some other, but I think they are secondary. Local workaround: s/soffice/soffice.bin/ in the Bundle wolved at least the issues above.
