I would guess that you have had an older version of OOo (2.0.x) on your
computer. You might have some orphan registry entries of this old version in
your registry. Please try the 'Windows Installer CleanUp Utility'
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/) to detect this old entries and remove
them.
