Because of problems described in task i92973 this problem should also be fixed
in OOo 3.0 time frame (low hanging fruit).
Check of correct installation directory has to be assigned to InstallWelcome
dialog instead of LicenseDialog, because OOo does not display license dialogs
anymore.
