In installation sets with Java GUI Installer the userland rpm is included next
to all other rpms in the directory RPMS. Using Java GUI Installer, this package
is only installed, if the installation is done with user privileges.
But the user is not forced to used the Java GUI Installer. Someone could go into
the RPMS directory and install with: rpm -i *
In this case, the userland rpm would be added into the root database, what is
not useful. Therefore this one package should be in a subdirectory.
This task is Linux only.
This task affects OOo with JRE and SO.
