In all applications except Base, it is usual that "tool windows" (such as the
Navigator and the Stylist) remember their position and size when they're closed:
When you re-open them, or even when you close the document and open it again (or
another document of the same type), then all those tool windows have the same
position and size as before.

The Sun Report Builder does not adhere to this convention: When you resize
and/or move any of the floating tool windows, then close the report designer,
and re-open it, all the floating windows are back to their default position.

This is especially annoying since it forces you to again and again and again
size the windows so their content fits into the display area, something you must
do quite often for all but trivial report designs.

This issue requests to add persistency to the tool window's geometry.
