Go to Tools->Options->Language Settings and change the default language to Danish. 2. Create a block arrow using the tool in the bottom bar. 3. Click the Text button in the bottom bar. 4. Enter "Indkøb" in the arrow. I tried multiple block arrow styles (although this shouldn't really matter). When entering text, I first just copied and pasted the text. When this failed to yield the issue, I attempted to type it in manually. The 'ø' was inserted using Insert->Special Character. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reproduce this issue.
