Hi.

OOo Calc has only two anchor modes:

"To Page":
Object position and size is independent 


"To Cell":
Object position AND size depend on the cell it is anchored to


MS Excel has a third anchor mode which is set as default for pictures.
In this anchor mode (german: "Nur von Zellposition abhängig") only the position
depends on the cell, not the size.

Please have a look at the attached screenshot.
- when increasing the width of column A, the picture is moved to keep it's
position relative to column B
- when increasing the width of column B, the picture width does not change

In my oppinion this should be implemented in OOo Calc (like in MS Excel) AND
should become the default anchor mode (like in MS Excel) because I think this is
the anchor mode which is most practical in most cases.
