I am testing my OOo extension, odt2pml
(http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/project/odt2pml). One step offers
calling an external executable file. For this, users are required to edit some
lines of the extension code.
Up to OOo 2.4.1, this user edited code is saved normally for further use.
With OOO300m3 and m4, running on Kubuntu 8.04.1, users may edit the code, even
save it, but when OOo is started again, all changes are lost. This happens
regardless of the extension installation type - for all users, or for single
user.
I can understand that it is not good to have code changed by one user for all
others. But I'd like to request that it be possible again, in a single-user
extension installation, to save code changes, as in OOo 2.
Thank you!
