The MSI for OOo works as designed. For this case there are language packs. It's
no possibler to catch all problems and display related message boxes. BTW:
ftp://ftp.rz.tu-bs.de/pub/mirror/OpenOffice.org/extended/3.0.0rc1/ offers
language packs.
