confirmed. This is probably only tested with the fullscreen presentation, not
writer, and not with changed default screen. The XError should be looked at,
too. However I'll change the attached patch so that the "-1" case is handled in
wrkwin.cxx; the patch only enhances the gtk implementation appropriately, we
need to keep the other platforms (windows, mac) in mind, too.
