Steps: 1.- Create a new document 2.- Write: A line normal lines with style heading 1, heading 2 and heading 3 Write normal text in lines between headings lines 3.- Create a TOC (menu Insert - ...) below the first normal line 4.- Save document with a name (example: kk.odt) 5.- Close file. 6.- Create a new document with Writer 7.- With key F11, open Styles and Formats window. 8.- With right mouse button in Heading 2, choice Modify and change the background color (example to red color). 9.- Save the document in .ott format (template), (example: other.ott). 10.- Close the document empty. 11.- Open the first document saved (kk.odt) 12.- With key F11 open the Styles window 13.- Use the option "Load styles..." with button in top-right corner in the Styles window. 14.- Choice "[V] Overwrite" 15.- Push button "From File..." and choice the template archive (other.ott), before get view the .ott template files. 16.- The format in Heading 1 is changed, all OK... But... 17.- With right mouse button in the TOC, choice update all. 18.- Ooopppps, the Heading 2 in TOC table is erased. If you change Heading 1 background color, then the TOC will be empty.
