In tab "Index/Table", in "Create from" use the button [...] to right [V] Outline This button open the window: Outline numbering. You can view the empty lines in the right rectangle. Add the removed lines: Select the Level (1, 2, ...) and select the style in Paragraph Style (Heading 1, 2...)
