Steps to reproduce :
- open the attached file test_exportMSword.odt in OOo 3.0 RC2 : there is a
bullets list which seems normal ;
- export the document to MS-Word 97 format by File > Save As... menu
- close the document (now doc format)
- reopen the .doc file : bullets list is in the right margin on one character
width column

To know about the file :
- it is extracted from MS-Word97 file converted in ODF by OOo 3.0 RC2

Observations :
- if I export the file to MS-Word97 using OOo 2.4.1 there is no problem
- in odt file paragraph format of first bullet says indent > before text = 1.55
cm (= 15.5 mm)
- in doc file we have 15.5 cm as if there was an error in a conversion between
cm and mm.
- names and number of WW8 numbering styles change between ODT and DOC
