It doesn't crash so I don't know if it's related at all. Just start OOo, Ctrl+N, and type very quickly: A<Enter> a<Enter> a<Enter> a<Enter> a<Enter> a<Enter> a<Enter> After 5 or six As I get a freeze (before any blue underline appears). Yet it doesn't freeze when automatic spell/grammar checking is not on.
