Deinstall older version and delete OOo user-folder in /Application Data before installing newer version. Try to open file in that version. If document recovery still appears on OOo startup, don't choose to recover. OOo should start without trying to load the document. If office has startet successfully, try to open the document manually. If recovery is choosen at startup and office still crashes on startup, it will run into the same recovery process during next start. So it can be assumed, that recovery data or document might be corrupted and can#t be accessed anymore. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
