AW: The graphics get painted, but are smaller than one pixel. This is because i
somehow did not take the PrefMapMode of the graphics into account for OLE and
Graphic OC's createViewIndependentPrimitive2DSequence() implementation. Added
logic scaling using 100th mm as target (what is safe here since EmptyPresObjs
are only used in Draw/Impress). Checking...
