Resolved as INVALID - see issue 91264.

The list for numbering the tables is broken by the tables itself. Thus there
exist certain list fragments, which have to be connected to each other. When
ever it is possible ODF 1.1 feature text:continue-numbering="true" is used to
connect such list fragments to one list. But between table 3 and 4, 5 and 6, 7
and 8 this is not possible, because inside the tables occurs another list. Thus,
ODF 1.2 feature text:continue-list="listxxxxxxx" has to be used. The ODF 1.2 is
not supported by OOo 2.x version --> Numbering is broken in OOo 2.x
