------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Oct 1 08:42:06 +0000 2008 ------- Additionally even if I delete the text and type new text, why would the application think that I no longer want it to be in italics? I have selected italics, regardless of any other settings before or after, this word should be in italics until I (ME) SAY OTHERWISE. This is a classic case of the software thinking for the user instead of letting the user use the software. My issue: I delete a word in Italics. Surrounding words are not in italics. Tool bar shows me that I am in Italics mode. I start to type a new word and Italics suddenly turns off. This is a defect. Not a P1 for sure, but definately a defect.
