May I assume you used ICU 4.0 with that data? I'll wait for integration of CWS i18n42, which will upgrade our ICU 3.6 to ICU 4.0, and see if that will do. Updated locale data i18npool/source/localedata/data/Attic/my_MM.xml 1.1.2.3 but omitted the Collator dictionary change for now, has to be changed later when collator data works.
