This included a single .txt file, but I canceled the loading in the "UTF, etc." loading dialog (being about the 25th file in the list). In the 'Windows' top menu the bottom files did not fit any more. Let's say I want to display the 28th document in the list, in fact it shows me the 27th. The top ones work fine. It seems the internal file list is still the one of the open dialog, but not the list of really loaded documents.
