The dialog for declaring an address book to use in templates (open with
"File|Templates|Address Data Source") does have a button "Administrate", which
formerly (in OOo 1.x) was supposed to open the data source administration
dialog.

Since OOo 2.0, with the new database application, and database registration
concept, there is no data source administration dialog anymore. Thus, the button
has become senseless. (In it's current form, it also has some issues, e.g. when
pressed without a data source name being selected currently, it yields some
assertions.)

We should replace it with a browse button to browse for database documents
(.odb), just as in any other place which allows selection of a database/data
source.
